The frame of machine is a fully enclosed structure and made of high-quality aluminum alloy material, which ensures the rigidity of the frame and reduces the weight of the frame, improves the stability of the frame movement, and improves the dynamic measurement accuracy of measuring machine.

The work table was designed in integrated structure with a dovetail guide rail.

The X crossbeam is made of high-quality aviation aluminum alloy material, with a high stiffness equilateral triangular cross-section.

The Z-axis is made of high-quality aviation aluminum alloy material, surrounded by air bearings structure.

Z-axis adopts low-friction cylinder balance gravity technology, which can realize convenient and instant adjustment of balance gravity and improve the dynamic measurement accuracy of the measuring machine.

The machine adopts multiple protective measures, such as: Z-axis balancing cylinder pressure real-time detection and protection, starting air bearing delay ventilation protection, air bearing working pressure real-time detection, soft limit, electric limit, hard limit, triple protection functions, long time A number of protection functions such as unmanned power failure protection greatly improve the safety of the equipment.

The machine is equipped with precision air source filter, the oil and water filtration precision can reach 0.1um and the filtration rate reaches 99.93%, which ensures the safe and reliable operation of the air-bearing guide.

The driving system adopts high-performance DC servo motors and synchronous toothed belt transmission devices from internationally renowned brands, ensuring faster, more accurate transmission and better motion performance.

The imported precision grating system provides an accurate and reliable length measurement benchmark for measuring machines, ensuring the repeatability of machine measurements;

The synchronous toothed belt produced by Gates from United States,  it is manufactured using international advanced technology. Kevlar fiber is used instead of steel wire as the load-bearing layer of the toothed belt, which not only improves the flexibility of the belt but also enhances the tensile resistance of the toothed belt. Meanwhile the involute tooth profile instead of circular tooth profile makes the transmission smoother.

The key components of the measuring machine are made of aviation aluminum alloy die-casting, which has undergone high-temperature solid solution and natural aging treatment to ensure the long-term stability of the equipment, such as three-axis gearbox, Y-slide, XZ slide, etc.

The measuring machine has passed the 72-hour continuous trouble-free operation test by the quality inspection department before leaving the factory, so the stability of the equipment operation is guaranteed;
